Take some Aleeve now, this happened to me and my doctor told me even if I wasn't in pain now, taking it now would help with pain management tomorrow as things will get worse. You still may want to go to the doctor, but at least you will have some pain management while you sleep

😅 you're not wrong!

I would do this with my kids, have them draw a picture of something I was reading, so I knew they had been listening. We still read in the evenings, but I should bring back the drawing part and maybe get to draw myself!

At least a witch's curse would be consistent, I hated the fact that if I had any tiny infraction, I would be dealing with their "friendly reminders" over an item drying on my porch for an hour, while a neighbor had a broken washer dryer unit sitting on their porch for at least 6 months scot free

Make sure they're native. Before I knew better I was planting wildflowers what were not native in my garden, you need to find native flowers because random wildflowers can be invasive. It's more work, but this way you're not spreading more problems than solutions.

I have an elm tree, host to the morning cloak butterfly. I didn't know much about them before I found them all over my driveway. We always check the driveway for caterpillars during the season so they stay safe and they live a whole year, I love seeing them come back home to have their kids.

Shoot! That was one great part of flying SWA, they'd better not get rid of the funny announcements!

They're not all one quarter, they have some vintage machines that are, but modern machines are modern prices. They donate their profits to Charity so it's still a worthwhile place to visit. My favorite thing is the mold a rama machine, if it doesn't work properly they'll give you a new one.

Crafters and plant people love to share! I love both communities! We all love to share knowledge and even plants and craft supplies!

wow @maryannlibrarian.bsky.social ! You're amazing! But maybe that was obvious from your username. 😁 Did I hear the voices of Bart Simpson and Ursula in there?

Fun fact, I named my sourdough starter "Start me up" just so I could sing that while making sourdough 🤣

Agreed! I felt much more connected when I wrote to people versus just clicking like/ heart.

I was guilty of liking this and leaving it. I used to leave lots of comments when I used message boards, but now must platforms allow you to like something and I generally only bother to post when I have something original to say, this has resulted in my liking a lot of things but not saying much

My concern is I'm liking photographs that may not have been attributed to the original creator, plus there's just people posting famous art from a century or more ago. I'm here to see what people are currently making, if I wanted to see the old masters, I would go to the museum (which I do!)

I think it is sirens. They're hearing the siren call of their fate. In this case, they want to be actors, and they're making their dreams come true. The siren call of the stage. Unless this is that whole, were they themselves, or actors as they watch themselves on screen thing they debated 🤣

A huge loss for the puppet making community! The only bright spot in this for me is that he took the time to create so many tutorials for everyone, so he can still continue to teach via his legacy. My deepest condolences to his family and friends.

Ahem, do you mean Muppets from Space? I guess it was so unforgettable I made a #miniverse #makeitmini #resin #art Alphabet soup in reference to it 🤣 (Yes I know it was cereal in the movie).

I'm listening to the podcast now, were you thinking of Mary Poppins? They're about to lose the house and they need to find the deed and it turns out one child made it into a kite? I reference this often because I have a child who will draw on any available paper so I worry about this happening!

Weaving in the ends used to be my nemesis for crochet projects until I realized I could use the hook to weave in the ends instead of looking for a 🪡. I feel your pain!

Right?! Have you ever seen the "cats that look like this" group on Facebook? There are dozens of these best boys! I wish there was a similar group on Blue Sky!

So cute! They're like twins!
February 28, 2025 at 9:26 PM
Brilliant idea! I was thinking of putting them around like you place your mini books 😁

Thanks! It was totally unintentional, but it did come out cool, I used eyeshadow and clear resin.
