Yeah, I would prefer the rounded tip but flat edge type. I have one from Wexford I bought many years ago (when that was the only fancy cutlery I could afford).

Zwilling has a sale right now so… I might get some from there 😅 (it’s rated very low but apparently it’s 1 review from 4 years ago complaint they used the wrong photo… which I think they have updated)

I guess this is a generational change thing, but like… I’ve been having no luck finding a butter knife in stores.

Maybe people just don’t use butter as much anymore? Or these days peps just use regular knives to butter stuff?

Yes yes there can be brushes for it, but if you want them to look like they match the rest of the art then you probably need to spend a bunch of time tweaking things afterwards anyway.
