He gave me you. After all, you asked me out the first time. You made it easy for me. Maybe it will be that way again. Whatever the case, I look forward to seeing you one day in eternity when we will all be together again
I want to thank you again for the wonderful years we spent together and the impact you made in my life. The woman I will marry must love the kids as if they are her own and love Jesus with all her heart. This person is out there somewhere.I just need to find her.I am trusting God to lead me to her.

I now have followed your advice and entered the world of dating, and what a world it is. People no longer meet at church or even in their hometown, for that matter, They meet online. You read bios and send smiles. The method is very shallow and consumer-driven. I am trusting God.😢

It has now been nearly seven years since you passed away, and I have a void that I have been praying to be filled. I no longer have a helpmate to walk beside me, and the kids no longer have a mother to love them unconditionally and pour into them. When you were going through the accident pain.

MISSING SOMEONE
you love is hard.
Never being able to
see them again
is even harder.

That is why He chose to pour out His Spirit on all flesh so that we may be spiritually prepared to take on every challenge, not in our own feeble thinking, but with His mind, the Knower of all that is good, and the One Who brings nourishment to the hungry of heart.

And so I must be on guard against all things that try to disguise themselves as “good” by submitting everything before the wise and loving counsel of the Lord Himself. .

Each day I must pray for clarity of mind so that I do not get overwhelmed, or intimidated by the noise of this confusing world. For scripture continually reminds me that ”this is not my home” just a stopping off place where I am being given the opportunity to show my real self to the Creator.

Fine wine, maturing gracefully, getting better over time. Age is just a number until it is not.

In my opinion, a widow or widower should wait for a minimum of two years before remarrying. This is to give the individual enough time to heal. For instance, a man or woman who lost a caring and lovable spouse may be expecting the qualities of their late spouse in the new spouse.
