This is my Commodore 64 that I received for Xmas 1983. I LOVE it and use it the most out of all my Commodore computers. It sits on the desk I built for it in 1984 in 11th grade woodshop.

Border Zone was released 38 years ago today on Oct 8, 1987. Written by Marc Blank. It was Infocom's 30th game. Set during the Cold War on the border in the 1980s. The game has three chapters. In each chapter, you play a different character. #Commodore #C64 #Commodore64 #Infocom

So, do I. I have a compete with all feelies Grey box set, earliest 1st 12 called folio set, Commodore set (1st 6 games) all versions of packages, Mastertronic set, Solid Gold set and the 4 packages that had 3 games each.

A different version of the game on each side of the disk. Just like some games I bought were C64 and Atari with one on the backside. The drives were single sided so if you added a write protection notch you could use the back side.

Suspect was released 41 years ago today on Oct 5, 1984. It was written by Dave Lebling. It was Infocom's 15th game. You are a reporter who was framed for a murder while attending a Halloween party. You must discover who did this to you and fast. #Commodore #C64 #Commodore64 #Infocom #retrogaming

YES!!! That would be cool! Kind of like the ladder in the reference section of the library that is on an upper track and moves back and forth the long length of books.

You are correct with the ZX81 being PAL.

Yesterday I received my 1983 Northern Telecom Commodore Phone Limited Edition. I just did the unboxing and made my hardware collage. It was only available in Canada and only sold with the VICMODEM model 1600 and the VIC-1605 Adaptor Switch. #WeAreCommodore #Commodore #Commodore64 #C64

The only difference is the ZX81 came with only 1K of RAM and the TS1000 came with 2K of RAM.

Not sure but I will always have good memories of my 1st computer. A Timex Sinclair 1000 that I bought myself in 1982 with $100 from my part time job at McDonalds (started at $3.25 per hour). I taught myself BASIC on that computer.

I will be doing an unboxing video. Show my Xmas 1983 C64 Breadbin being moved from its desk of 42 years to being wall hung. Then placing my new Founders edition onto the desk, connecting it to the 1702 CRT monitor and the 1st power up. #C64 #Commodore64 #Commodore

Commodore is BACK! They have now gone over 10,000 new C64 sales! (two of those are mine) I LOVE this quote from them. "Together, we’re not just reliving history, we’re building the future together. Welcome to The future we were promised!" #C64 #Commodore64 #Commodore #WeAreCommodore

Yes it was one of the few “introductory” level ones. Then there was standard level, advanced level and expert level. Only four of their 31 text games were leveled at expert.

Here is a sample of meals I've been eating for the last 22 weeks. If you are not eating carbs, junk food and snacks but instead healthy protein and lots of vegetables, 1200 calories will be a lot of food and will feel you up.

Right!! Those 3 weeks with less than a pound lost really messed with my head!!! After a week of walking hours a day and only eating 1200 calories and then step on the scale Sunday morning for my weekly weight in and to see that is just depressing. I read up on it, hitting a plateau.
