This is where progs start losing people:
- cancel debt, fine - but we stop giving loans as well?
- No to expanding the court, it's a slippery slope whenever the other "team" is in control and then having a SCOTUS loses all meaning
- impeaching judges? based on what? Let's have hearings first.

Malinowski voters aren't voting republican any time soon. And over the long run, NJ may have been purple, but based on the last election with the governor's race and all other state elections, things are definitely swinging left for now.

Markets can crash or crash-ish for many reasons and it happens periodically. No one can say if this causes it or something else or even when. Everyone tries to get ahead of it, but that's a hard game to play. Certainly reasonable to be cautious these days, but to each their own.

Not yet, but some are getting their economic life vests now. Once it's bad, you'll definitely know.
January 26, 2026 at 9:20 PM
National debts, like the U.S., keep rising. Markets are getting worried someone's economy will "break". Most fixes would lead to inflation, so people buy hard assets like gold and sell long-term bonds.

I hope everyone is selling any long-term bonds they have - check your retirement plan funds people.
