i like milder dark roast coffee but only if you serve a piece of cake or such with it. washing down some dark rich chocolate with a bit of well-balanced black coffee does hit the spot for me

i think you just need to practice a lot of things and give yourself the time and effort to understand it. people don't become great masters overnight, and you can never tell what people will consider your great work anyway
