At the Shamrock Run today two women were running together. One of them mentioned wanting to do a cartwheel. "Get your phone out and record me," she asked. And without missing a beat she did a cartwheel and continued running. It was the best.

Today I ran in the Shamrock Half Marathon in 2 hours and 22 minutes. Special thanks to Jenny for cheering me on and being my support and photographer. #halfmarathon #shamrockhalfmarathon

Today calls for ramen. I got the Tonkotsu Red featuring a rich pork bone broth with a nice spicy flavor, chashu pork, seasonal vegetables and of course the soft-boiled egg. Great comfort food for days like today. #ramen #tonkotsu

Got the mushroom cheeseburger from Sure Shot Burger. It's their current special. The smoked mushrooms and special sauce really made it amazing.
