Thought this 16th century observation rang alarmingly close to the truth today. We need society to meaningfully nurture every single young person, even/especially ex-young offenders, to effectively stave off future harms. No one left behind.

Thought this 16th century observation rang alarmingly close to the truth today. We need society to meaningfully nurture every single young person, even/especially ex-young offenders, to effectively stave off future harms. No one left behind.
