We’re conditioned by the agro-industrial complex to be irrationally and emotionally tied to our food choices, and I don’t mean we vegans. Vegan choices are rooted in ethics; not crass commercialism. Sounds judgmental, I know. What can I say? 🤷🏻‍♂️

They breathe, they fear, they love, they mourn. The difference between “someone” and “something” is the line between justice and oppression. Veganism isn’t a diet or a trend. It’s a stand — a refusal to participate in the exploitation and killing of sentient beings.

You know why? Because these conferences do nothing. Recommendations are nebulous and place the onus on industry alone to do the right thing.

Tell them the truth. You can help by changing YOUR habits. Live Vegan. Encourage those around you as well.

That is giving people agency.

I hope everyone here realizes that this *legal form of animal cruelty (running down wolves w snowmobiles) is because of the #livestock #beef sector. Had Cody left this 🐺 in the field like other victims of this atrocious practice, nobody would have known.
