We masked the pseudogenes and aligned all reads to NCF1, allowing variant calling. (Fig 2A). Using 1000G as a reference, we show that most NCF1-CGD patients carry 6 copies of the 2-base deletion (Fig 2B) and the variant frequency (AltAB) of that is in concordance with ddPCR data (fig 2C)

Spent a fabulous morning with my friends. They brought their two kids out to see the sheep and I took them for a tractor ride. Love the joy they had!

My morning starts with coffee, followed by a romp with my dogs and checking on the sheep. Not a bad way to find some peace these days.
