My dog was a Hurricane Katrina rescue dog! Lived out her very short-haired life in Canada with the help of many sweaters. 😂

I carry it all to my desk on a tray then graze all afternoon! I DO get annoyed with myself at the end of the day when I have to haul it all back and rinse the wee bowls for tomorrow's session. Overall, it's working well in tricking myself to feed myself.

The trick is making sure you always have things on hand that are quick to microwave or scoop into small bowls. I'm very diligent because I am no longer hangry in the afternoon on this plan, which I really enjoy!

Sometimes I sub an orange or some defrosted blueberries. I find this "Many Small Bowls" lunch is an easy win when my body and brain are tired.

I graze. When my noon alarm goes off, I make two scrambled eggs, and while that cooks I put some grape tomatoes in a bowl, 1/2 cup cottage cheese in another bowl, 1/2 cup frozen edamame beans microwaved in another bowl. That gets me through the afternoon. I then put it all at my desk.

I am cranky and on edge for reasons I cannot identify. I'm going to reboot aka take a nap, then try being upright again in an hour.

Oh this is a marvelous idea! I'm going to try this out, I love seeing the transition from start to finished pot.

I don't make super weird stuff but I like to look at weird clay stuff so I'm excited for this starter pack once it is ready for release.

An elder advised me that the best hugging is to hug until the other person feels like they are pulling away a bit. This has done me well except for that one time where I hugged someone who used the same technique and... well, it was a great very very long hug.

Thank you for this! Such a great setting to remind me every single time.
