Trying our hand at sourdough. The process is intense, and I can’t wait to share the journey with you all soon. However, this starter is so unique that either I’m doing it completely wrong or I’ve accidentally invented industrial-strength caulk. Stay tuned to see if we bake bread or seal a bathtub.

When you’re Chasing Your Health but end up chasing lentils instead. I was all set to start my day with a healthy lunch… but the fridge had other plans. And my dog? Absolutely no help—turns out lentils with red wine vinegar aren’t on her menu. Guess I start over tomorrow!
