Suspicious Facebook groups are promoting Canada as the 51st state: Some were repurposed from old groups—members claim they never joined. This suggests bad actors may be buying inactive groups & rebranding them.

Compelling article. Recently purchased "Flesh" but haven't read it yet. I'll be bumping it up on my list, though. Overall, it's been alarming just how much men (generally) have veered away from reading, especially fiction.

Apple TV+ has been cooking. #TheStudio looks promising. Not the first time something's had this premise, "The Player" comes to mind, or the lesser-known series "Action". I'm a sucker for a good sendup of my old industry when done well.

The #Severance Season 2 finale managed to be both riveting and underwhelming all at once. 76 minutes because they padded out the action. Hopefully, it won't be another 3 year wait, though I must say, it didn't really leave me wanting to come back for more.

An inventive yet wasteful season.

Elon can’t manage his own company well (TSLA plummeting) or protect X from cyber attack.

But don’t worry: Trump assured us that the foreign-born, ketamine-addicted egomaniac *definitely* cares more about you and this nation than he does himself and his companies.

It had to happen eventually. "Sweet Vitriol" was the first not-so-great episode of #Severance. It could have been sprinkled throughout other episodes and totaled 10 minutes.

Maybe it was strategic. Follow up the best episode (so far) with a subpar episode that can be easily buried in its shadow.

Finally ascended to the Blue Sky. So far, it doesn't diminish my faith in humanity the way it does whenever I see a series of Xcretions.
