This streamer called Jello basically wrote an entire Fire-Emblem style game called Winds of Change, and these are the co-protagonists. But the game doesn't actually exists, and it never will go beyond the script.

Hinamatsuri is an amazing slice of life where a Yakuza adopts a little girl, and there is no icky stuff like in that one other show. Starts funny, and kind of episodic, and then by the end you're crying of bittersweet happiness.
