Totally agree with this. We're in one of the oldest demographics (Lyne) and this is definitely the largest portion of the media diet for the older ppl. Nats are declining about 10% per election in their first preference votes tho, slowly we will get more progressive...

Oh lucky you! I fear the one in Lyne will now grow even thicker 😭 just an album of useless photo ops. Look at me the federal MP standing next to a footpath that the council just finished! And to replace Gillespie they somehow found someone even more insufferable...

Nuclear is so normalised as a benign energy solution in the US. So many centrist podcasts I listen to have no qualms about it whatsoever. Decoder said they would cover the topic soon, given that the big tech CEOs keep pushing it as a solution to their AI energy needs. Can you help change the story?!

I found that headline and the tenor of the article to be overhyping what he actually said about nuclear. Seemed more like something ABC might publish, not the Guardian! Esp by following it up with a check in with Dutton. (I do love aunty, but her headlines are getting pretty click baity...)
