Deeds of Trust are public information and can generally be found online. Just search the county name and clerk of court. You can see exactly how much someone financed a house for and whether the deed of trust has been released. Home equity loans, all of it, etc.

Probably not a popular take, but most focus on insurance (and they are problematic for sure), but the providers are the ones charging the exorbitant fees in the first place.

I generally don’t like being negative in the comments, but Elon Musk can fuck right off. I think many who voted for Trump may be forgiven for being fooled, but Musk crossed a line and went too far. He is literally responsible for the death of people by cutting off aid.
