There was a post in reddit where this guy enrolled as a student at his local college for minimal credit requirement and was able to get student health insurance. There were some caveats that you needed to be enrolled for 3 out of four quarters, etc

I had interactions with voice AI agent with an insurance company. The first time it got everything right the second time it took me around in circles. I can see it helping but I can also see it getting hopelessly lost

Ambient transcription is excellent but we edit it 100% of the time. Chart review summaries may be accurate, but you need to look at the reference links. Scheduling may have errors which is tolerated by the organization

And those are all not high accuracy tasks. Any of those highest accuracy tasks are reviewed by humans. They definitely increased our productivity but needs emphasizing that the final product needs human sign off.
