Also the National Film Archive of Japan has super good programming! They play movies from around the world. Another good theater is Wasedashochiku that plays double features all day for really cheap. I saw a double feature of Taxi Driver and Dog Day Afternoon there.

Check out Shimokitazawa and Kichijoji for boutique thrifting. The neighborhoods around Shibuya like Yoyogi are pretty cool and hip (and you can see the Perfect Days toilets).

Shinjuku Pit Inn is my fav jazz venue in the city and they usually have shows every night.

RHNA is a PvP server where local governments pay consultants to lie to state regulators and regulators mostly let them. It produces very little housing. It pales in comparison to ADU reforms.
