A lot of us suspect T ordered the execution of Epstein, and we all know for certain he's on that list.
If he's capable of having Epstein killed to save his ass and he's a rapist then he doesn't value human life. Him having Kirk assassinated to heat up the rhetoric and distract isn't a stretch.
