These people still will not listen until it happens directly to them. They are still cold and uncaring what is happening to American cities, as these people are affluent and assuming that their wealth will keep them safe

/3 and the fact that it is reforming now, when the community really needs to come together, cannot have happened at a better time. Fascism cannot stand in the face of a knit community and the regime above is incredibly cognizant of that. Change people's material reality, change their hearts. X

/2 Historically the BPP was known for its focus on community support not just with bringing arms to protect civil rights protesters but also for food and pantry item support. I have long said that this was one of the best organizations America had until the FBI destroyed it
