He's new. I've been referred to an OBGYN I've had in the past courtesy of cervical cancer. She sugar coats nothing and will give it to you straight. I've switched my multivitamin around with one for more folate, lutein and B12 in the last month so my bones don't degenerate.

I have had covid 5 times. I have the immune system of a walnut. No amount of washing my now wrinkly old lady hands will prevent me from getting it again. I also got H1N1 in 2009. I am like the weird flu incubator of Canada.

I've had my period twice in the last year. HRTs side effects killed me. The night sweats and hot flashes + weight gain is no joke. I have no major mood swings yet, but depression is making a full comeback. I'm 43, perimenopause started at 36...
