If it never showed up, and support didn't help. See if you can chargeback with paypal's purchase protection. Since if you ordered properly, and didn't receive the ordered item, that's covered by paypal's purchase protection.
Of course, first try support but if they don't help, purchase protection.

You successfully hid it, I have it set to show a warning instead of completely hide it, and that worked.
