He's had 7 years to fix ST. There were some horrific 2nd half disasters WITH Parsons (Clev, Car). He's done!

Not exclusively a smoker, but ceramic type units (Green Egg, Komodo, etc.) are versatile...you can smoke and grill well into cooler months. I have the Broil King Keg which I love.

I've always found their tabs to be unreliable and innaccurate, and just stick to You Tube lessons.
