Sitting next to my favorite study buddy, I explained I needed to sneak out.

When I returned I found this on my iPad. She had written notes on the slides I had missed.

Strong women lift each other up ❤️

Every shift, my badge is clipped to this or another with a similar message. Today, and especially over the next four years, I want all my patients to know what I stand for. And for those who need it, I want you to know I am a safe place. #loveislove #blm

So here we go, 2025 is almost here!!! I think I’m going with the “breathe deep, keep taking my anti-anxiety meds, and see how it goes” strategy
