Another field trip to the prairie down ✅ Did you know that the land the prison that SHS wants to build is too close for comfort to Cherokee Prairie? Yet another reason to oppose the new expensive state prison. Cherokee Prairie is a pristine remnant prairie that’s never been plowed. Keep AR natural!

Sorry I’ve ghosted y’all! Been busy planning my first ever field season at Cherokee Prairie, AR. Here I am standing on top of a pimple mound last weekend! Pimple mounds are rare geological features found in the southeast/midwest but I found an old paper where they were located in California too!

Two of my paintings were selected to be on display at the A-State Museum for the Darwin Day (Feb. 12) art exhibit! This is so exciting. This is the first time my work has been displayed in a museum 🥹 they can be viewed starting next week!

Always love seeing my Spotify Wrapped. It always drastically changes every year. This year I listened to a lot of SOAD because Serj writes a lot of songs that make you want to start a revolution 👊🏻
Been listening to all of these same bands except Touché Amore for over 20 years!!! Makes me feel old!
