Also, yes, the fact that I'm even trying to listen to an entire album at once is severely Gen X, but it is a conscious attempt to rebuild my attention span for an artist's vision and message. But if your vision and message is twenty songs long you need to cut the chaff.

On the plus side, my primary work task for the day is going line by line through a 1700 line spreadsheet and honest to goodness I cannot think of a better task for my current mental state.

I accidentally had regular strength coffee this morning, too, instead of half-caff. I'm going to need someone to come over and give me a G-rated news round-up while softly patting my hand. That's the only way I can manage today.

I'm from Maine and definitely think of this as an old school Maineism. My grandparents used it as a shortened form of hamburger and my Mom still does at times. My family is from the coast; not sure if inland uses it or not.
