I kind of enjoyed Ares with its continuity nods. The added aspect of 3d printing was fun, but between the personality dissonance of the programs and the unfortunate cursed casting of Jared Leto.

Unknowingly growing up on Battle of The Planets and Ulysses 31. First series that I knew was anime would be Fist of the North Star.

I remember a delayed train on a very snowy day going to see Avatar in 3D. Made it in time for catch Jake being recruited.
