Don't think that's gonna be going clinical any time soon. Humans can't figure out humans - a machine run by humans and fed information from humans will do no better.

Diabetes may be a common condition but it's near impossible to be managed manually. Not even the most vigilant diabetic person with the most sophisticated tech is going to be without highs and lows and comorbidities and complications.
