I don't remember sharing these before, but a year ago, I attended a local Halloween event with some art I had made exclusively for it 🎃
The first and third pieces were created to depict an emotion, but the second is actually for fun!

The last couple of weeks I've been quite ill.
At first, it was just the flu, but then came nerve inflammation 🥲
I'm doing ok now, on medication
But it was quite an experience to live through - so please stay warm and cozy in these cold days

Life has been exhausting lately. A relative passed away this week. One of the family cats is living her last days due to cancer. I'm sorry. I'm just tired.

Despite everything that was going on around them, they were very close and always kept in touch.
It hurts even more because of the war, which left us without any chance to attend the funeral.

I hope we can give him a proper farewell and that it won't be too much for my grandfather.

He was first diagnosed with colon cancer in early 2023, after which he underwent surgery and chemotherapy.
Since then, things had got easier and the prognosis was good. We talked regularly, and he always seemed cheerful.
Just recently he wished me a happy birthday.
And now this..

Our relatives even thought they would have to take him to Odessa, as the closest crematorium is located there, which would reduce costs.
However, we hope that won't be necessary and that our dear relative will pass away peacefully.
