Police have protocols regarding arrest, detention, and charging. Obviously the Military does not (other than UCMJ which is pretty well known).
No known protocols for ICE. Apparently no warrants needed. No recourse for lack of warrant, physical force, No rights safeguards. Citizens kept till....
