I’m listening to Edwin’s Alive. I guess only Canadians know this song. Much Music did so much for national identity in the 90’s.

Part of the joy of Analogue products to me is cosmetic. And that makes the 3D great too as the cartridges are also cosmetic. For the Super NT, I love the Mother 2 look do sure, but I would buy Cool Spot for the balance it brings to a room. Nintendo 64 games? Undecided. Sin and Punishment?

I’m remaking my office downstairs and I’m deciding between a TV stand that’s minimal with planks and goes to the ceiling: lots of room for consoles, or one that has eight different cupboards where the doors open up and slide in: so you can only see one console at a time.

Today marks two years at my current company. in terms of what I do (sole HR for a Japan office, and more upper level HR for other countries), it’s been my dream job. Hoping for another good year.

Very easily got a white Analogue 3D. Shipping was 50, not the 80 I expected. Happy gold is sold out so I can’t be tempted.

Almost done work for the year, and then going back home with my son for the first time. Looking forward for less stress. Hopefully parents can look after our son sometimes and we can remember what it was like to have a life.
