11 drug dealers load up a 40 foot boat that has a 200 mile range and take off with drugs on a 1000 mile run. The US strikes with a 1 million dollar missile and kill 9. Most of the boat, especially the heavy outboard motors sank. So we did a 2nd strike to kill 2 unarmed men on 6 ft of what's left.

When fired with the reason being poor performance, in many states, they get screwed again as they are not eligible for unemployment. So, there is no pay and no safety net.
