We are so overwhelmed with the drive to protest but we are being controlled with self-preservation. It’s a work or starve situation. We work to live and the living isn’t even great. Two jobs just to afford dinner. And they scoff at us when we ask for the minimum wage to be raised.

We can’t speak out against any of this for fear of being put on a list or “fined” for practicing the 1st amendment. They don’t want us to go against them even in a peaceful way. We are no longer “we the people” we are now “taxable labor controlled by billionaires”

We used to be a country that fought against stuff like this. The Revolution, fighting against our parents and siblings in the civil war, protesting for civil rights and voter rights. The government has pushed us down so we have to choose between fighting the oligarchy and feeding ourselves.
