@gavinverhey.bsky.social so im guessing the mimic creatures were created with the hybrid cards in mind since shadowmoor had no gold cards in the set but they only trigger if a spell is both colors so would mean that unmake is black AND white spell?

I really dislike that the spiderman set uses the hero and villian creature types. I know these subtypes were introduced in a unset but this good guy vs bad guy via types concept in magic i feels like it messes more with the color pie, than having a hard counterspell in red #MTG #spiderman_mtg

So i hope that if #MTG goes post-apocalypse wasteland it does it in new capenna. Not the city obviously but we explore the ruined outskirts. We already have story reasons to visit with the angel back and everything. Maybe introduce in-universe rad counters?
