Our program was delivered through Facebook to older adults with lifestyle education, eHealth falls prevention (StandingTall) and tailored exercise prescribed by Exercise Physiologists.

Proud to share our new publication in BJSM, which comes just after we celebrated 2,000 exercise sessions delivered through Addi Moves—a trauma-informed, community-based physical activity program co-designed with and for people experiencing social and economic disadvantage.

Our systematic review of 86 observational studies (including 297 outcomes!) explored relationships between non-weight centric eating behaviours & health.

This included intuitive eating, mindful eating & eating competence.
