Dealing with random bouts of pain that I think is coming from my gallbladder.. gotta get to work on time tomorrow so I can ask the docs I work eith when I should start worrying. Good thing they deal with gallbladder issues all the time. 😂

Just found out that Random House has a manga/manhwa/manhua imprint now called Inklore. Idk why they needed a separate branch whrn they released manga yrs ago. Anyway I saw they were releasing the official manhua that I used to read on WeComics. Prob not going to get it bc I have the Taiwanese print

I hate my dry mouth and how it comes and goes. I need to use xylitol multiple times a day. When I learned about sjogren's in pharmacy schooo I didn't realize how annoying the symptoms actually are.

Welp my stomach was feeling a lot better recently until I decided to have spicy hotpot the other day. Stupidly tried it again today- and idk if it is the spicy or the tomato doing a number on my tummy. 🥲

I am going to ask some of the omfs and ent peeps at work who to go to get a lip biopsy or perform sialometry so I can see if the dry mouth is actually measurable. I basically meet 3 of the needed criteria for Sjogren's diagnosis aside from actually measuring dry eye or dry mouth.

I bought a moisture chamber mask online... I hope it is comfortable enough to sleep in. I think my dry eye is making me feel so tired lately even with 7+ hours of sleep 😮💨
