So update it wasn't so bad i ended up saving more ammo than my first run so I guess it's better this way.

I'm ok but it was scary. She basically tried to pass before I could cross even after we made a first eye contact at the crossing and I looked at the other car to make sure they stopped but as I started crossing i looked back and she was accelerating. She had to hit the brake and gave me a look...
