we have a free workout room at my work, so i don't pay for a gym membership where i can do yoga or swimming or fun things like that, i wanna but shit's so expensive 😭😭

random things while i do my cardio, like write fanfic or crochet or play my switch 😂 it's really hard and i only do those things if it's not a high-intensity day

i'm still trying to figure out what the different heart rate zones are and what works for me, but it's hard for me to understand 🫠

i haven't really been doing anything special or super fun, I mostly focus on cardio on the treadmill/bike for the first 20-30 min and then do some weight machines, mostly focused on my shoulders to help a lot of pain i have there. shoulder presses and the like

thought of this after, i also think sometimes you question yourself and your actions/convictions because despite your strong sense of justice, sometimes you're unsure if the actions you're taking are the right ones
