We published our book on Amazon! Our beloved Nature Walks Across Continents, created with love, connection, and many ideas woven together. This might be a small thing to some, but not to me! Not to us! We are so grateful.
Our book is selling, it still feels surreal. Fellow writers, don't give up!

"Tribal 'elders' weren't old at all, but were around 30 years old. They explained that their life is divided into stages: young men become 'warriors' at circumcision(around 15-20), and 'elders' around 30. They don't count years, but use other criteria for these stages." substack.com/home/post/p-...

Let's chat about something important: How does our emotional availability affect our kids' behavior? 🤔

We've talked about how kids might act out when they need more connection - constant interruptions, mood swings, and separation anxiety.

But what can we do about it?

Social media and parenting: ugh, it's complicated. I’m glad my kids are still young and not yet having mobile phones. But parenting, well… I see myself: one minute I’m getting great lunch ideas, the next I’m wondering why my house is never that clean...

You might have felt that your parenting experiences don’t make you enough of an "expert." Is it true?

"My mission, should I choose to accept it, is to find peace with exactly who and what I am. To take pride in my thoughts, my appearance, my talents, my flaws and to stop this incessant worrying that I can’t be loved as I am."

From Norway’s Yule festivals to China’s Dongzhi celebrations, winter is universal—a time for renewal, family, and light. Yet we all frame it differently: endings, beginnings, or something in between.
We have winter until April sometimes.. so March doesn't guarantee spring.
