Feedback from this workshop will be used towards the development of our future programs dedicated to engaging with vulnerable riders (unhoused or those suffering from mental health issues) and building a safer transit environment for everyone.

During this workshop, representatives from more than two dozen community-based organizations and public sector agencies met with staff from across the CTA to brainstorm solutions for new non-law enforcement approaches.
