I had it on in the background so i didn’t see all the details at first but yeah it seems like the secret level short was actually based on this

I probably would be excited about the reveal too if i hadn’t watched that episode earlier today and had the concept of gritty sci fi horror pac man soured for me lol

Call me a party pooper but it looks super similar to the Pac-Man episode of Secret Level which I thought was atrocious.

I had no intentions of watching the game awards but I can’t have have HL3 revealed to me by a Wario 64 tweet it has to happen live dammit! So now i have to begrudgingly watch it for a reveal that probably wont even happen.

That Pac-Man episode was actually atrocious. I have never rolled my eyes so much before.

Not counting Paper Mario TTYD, because that’s a remake, Prince of Persia the Lost Crown with Animal Well as an extremely close second

I could have used that an entire playthrough ago. 😐 It probably only would have made the game marginally better based on the issues I had with it tbh.
