Now, nothing. I don't even have anything left to even yell/throw remote during games

aww baby - I will say a few of my friend's cat have been in kidney failure for 3-4 years and were stable and still enjoying their quality of life - they did weekly or sometimes daily sub Q fluids and changed up their food 💜
