I had the honor of speaking with the razor sharp Julia Wong about Enemy Feminisms, & she really gets it. Writers are not always so lucky to receive such care in journalism. Thank you Julia for putting so much thought into this offering which frames EF rightly as an antifascist strategy intervention
This is a challenging book at a challenging time, but for feminists like me who tend to repudiate TERFism as "not real feminism", it's an important push to grapple honestly with history and be clearsighted about the nature of our current opponents.

One of the biggest strip clubs in Osaka was raided by the police yesterday. Although sex work is not illegal in Japan - except penis-vagina sex, a manager and strippers were arrested for obscenity. This crackdown might be the police’s ‘clean-up’ strategy for the Osaka Expo -_-
