One morning I woke up to a strange squeaking noise. I opened my eyes to see my cat scooting across the faux hardwood floor in my bedroom. A nice sized rug was only a few feet away. Seems to me that might have been a more comfortable butt scoot option but what do I know 🙀😹😻

My lifelong best friend worshipped you as Wonder Woman! He recorded every episode to watch your twirls in slo-mo, trying to convince us you truly transformed into her. He died several years ago & his sister put his ashes in his WW lunchbox. He loved her & you that much to spend eternity with you.

Such a great movie. I wasn’t sure I’d like it as much as the 70’s version but they did really well. The final moments are heartbreaking & I can’t imagine how overwhelming that must have been for you. I’m so sorry you lost your husband. I will devote my meditations this weekend to you & your husband❤️

Barbra & Kris is my favorite version. I was a kid when it came out but my step-mom is a huge Barbra fan & played the album often. Inside the album cover were still shots from the film & she told me the story. I loved Bradley & Gaga’s version too but the 70’s version is part of my childhood.

Did you know the dog is Bradley’s real life dog? He wanted there to be real chemistry on screen with the dog for both himself and Lady Gaga. PETA gave Bradley an award for “casting his own dog instead of using an animal from an exhibitor, which they noted was a kinder decision.”

This is why I’ve always been such a night owl. Even in the womb my mom said I was the one that kept her up all night moving around. The quiet within that I tap into in the middle of the night is my superpower.

My sister used to have a coffee cup that said “Let’s put the fun back in dysfunctional!” Sometimes all we could do was laugh when the chaos was on full display.

As 1 of 3 Eileen’s in my high school freshman class of 900 students, that was a tough year for me & my fellow Eileens when that song came out! At our 10 & 20 year reunions the 3 of us were lured to the center of the dance floor while our former classmates surrounded us & sang their hearts out.

That was so funny!! He was standing near a table of people who were heading to the Stones show after grabbing a few drinks. They only realized it was him after the photo went viral 😂😂😂

Yup, I passed thru Wrigleyville today. Absolute war zone with all of my fellow disappointed Cubs fans. As for the rest of Lakeview it was full of families, runners, bikers and folks eating & drinking at every outdoor cafe in site. Terrifying!
