The gradual rollout of EES starts for coach and freight travellers from Sunday, 5pm whilst for car passengers it starts from 1 Nov. That is at Dover.

Why do you think people are working or want to work illegally?

Surely the whole reason they are asking for change is because:

1. They’re not working at all at the moment

2. They want to be allowed to do whatever they want to do legally.

The EU is protecting its steel industry. Unfortunately, these higher tariffs affect all third countries of which the UK is one by choice.
