This can be up for interpretation, and each person should follow what they feel it means for them. but the end goal should be that you still have your creative outlet.

advice, because Linux takes a fair bit of knowledge to even get started. Not much, mind, but enough. It's enough that you can't tell someone "just use linux" you have to show them which distro would be best.

I don't know, I think they make valid points. Amongst my peers, there's a wanting to go to Linux, but I often here the same complaints presented in the article. With Mac and Windows you essentially get one flavor. with linux it's overwhelming.

I've always agreed that "just use Linux" is terrible
