The image is a screenshot of the Chill Subs website's browse page, which has recently been updated.

The new format organizes magazines into horizontal cards (with two in each row) which are each divided into a left and right portion. The left portion shows an image of the literary magazine's newest issue cover, while the right portion shows the following information (from top to bottom): Open/Closed/Submission deadline, Name of magazine, Genres accepted (with color indication as to open or closed), Brief "about us" info, response time, payment, and social media follower count.

The screenshot shows four magazines: Chestnut Review, The Adroit Journal, Split Lip Magazine, and Baltimore Review.
