We were just there for red rocks last weekend. Aquaphor on the lips, baby oil at the end of your shower (full body), and saline nasal spray with aloe in it. Never got itchy, felt like i was home the whole time!

It was such a jarring and traumatic experience for so many of us here. I think there’s been a massive mental shift in the city and it’s hard to cope with especially with the pressure to go back to “normal” as fast as possible.

Just remember to be patient with yourself always!
