Have you ever seen the Monk series on a shelf? I'm pretty sure they did that to annoy Monk. I worked at the library and watching the cataloguer trying to get them to look uniform was amusing.

And when all is said and done, looking after healthcare means a society that has fewer problems in an ageing population which means fewer costs to the government. I think there are studies from other countries that will show this.
