Ooo I feel. I still have my first set of Copics. The ink has long since dried out, but I can't throw them out! They were like 6 bucks a marker!

It's tasty! Just very expensive.
Though I understand why. My partner and I have been trying to learn to make it ourselves. It's a big multi-day endeavor. The Ramen shop we go to tells us that their Tonkotsu broth takes them a week to make.

Its fantastic ramen shop about a 30 min drive away. It's delicious, but pricey... and not really a fancy restaurant either.

Idk. It's not a huge issue for me right now. Other than retroactively realizing that I've been pretty gullible in the past.
Tbh one of the most gratifying experiences I had was when we had a new hire who was 10 years my senior, I mentioned I was still learning and he said, "yeah, me too."

Man this hits hard, especially since I know I want to take people at face value.
Its probably a big source of imposter syndrome too. If everyone is faking it but you cant tell, and you know internally that your faking it-- recipe for big anxiety.
